Giveaway entries will close Tuesday, August 27, at 11:59 PM PST. Winners will be selected on September 1, 2024, and contacted directly via email.

Details:

  • Number of Winners: 43 winners total will be selected, one at each True Food Kitchen restaurant where True Crisp’d Chicken is available.

  • Prize: Each winner will receive a Tender Plate, no upgrades, redeemable in-restaurant only, weekly during the promotion period.

  • Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must provide valid contact information including a working email address. Only one entry per person is allowed. Cannot be employed by True Food Kitchen. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

  • Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  • Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the selection date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

  • Prize Redemption: Prizes must be redeemed in-restaurant only and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. If winner does not redeem Tender Plate during weeks, the unredeemed plates do not carry over for future redemption.

  • Publicity: By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

  • Disqualification: True Food Kitchen reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the official rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or takes any action the Company determines to be damaging to the Company.

  • General Conditions: True Food Kitchen reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond True Food Kitchen’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by True Food Kitchen in its sole discretion.

  • Limitation of Liability: True Food Kitchen is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway, or for any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the giveaway.
